Charitable Donations
Hospice & Home Health Fund of Alabama
Hospice & Home Health Fund of Alabama (HHHFA) is an organization dedicated to helping Alacare patients or family caregivers. Financial contributions are used to help meet the patient's home medical needs.
How Will a Donation Help?
A donation will be used to meet patients' needs, such as:
Before HHHFA funds are utilized, every effort is made to locate other community resources to fund the need. Whatever the donated amount, it is greatly needed and appreciated. HHHFA is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts are tax deductible.
IRS regulations for non-profit organizations require public disclosure of their request for tax-exemption and their three most recent annual information returns. If you would like additional information regarding Alacare's IRS-990 or to arrange a donation, please fill out Alacare's Donation Information Form.
