Debra Leonard New Chief Clinical Officer at Alacare
Birmingham, Alabama—Alacare Home Health & Hospice has named Debra Leonard, RN, as the agency’s new Chief Clinical Officer.
Ms. Leonard has been with Alacare for six years. In that time she has served in various leadership positions, including Branch Director, Regional Assistant/Special Projects, Regional Administrator and, most recently Director of Patient Care Services.
A registered nurse, Ms. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration at UAB.
“Debra’s years of experience in both patient care and management make her an ideal candidate for this position,” says Susan Brouillette, MPH, MBA, Alacare’s Chief Executive Officer.
“With her focus on both patient care and staff satisfaction, Debra is a results-oriented person who will help Alacare grow and succeed,” adds Mark Cook, RN, BSN, MBA, Alacare’s Chief Operating Officer.
